ROADMAP for PULSE!

In no particular order - prioritisation still to be done

  1. Structured Traction Tools. Offer completion of structurted tools that the Method propose - such as:

    a. Vision & Traction board.
    b. 90 Day Rocks & Focus boards.
    c. Accountability Chart.
    d. Scorecards per Accountable person with method to track progress.

  2. A Method Tracker per Client. Have a method work breakdown structure (WBS) per client, and statusses of completion of each where a client can track their own progress. This could copy the 7P method, change it, and have progress indicators against each.

  3. A CEO Transfomation Dashboard. A dashboard for the CEO to see the progress of the transformation programme.

  4. Buying additional Consulting Offerings

    a. Add a Table with packaged Consulting offerings that is easy to buy and consume - such as coaching on some of the tools, and to what Methodology and Method Aspect each cab be used. Back-end it with who is the supplier of such service, and commercial arrangements. An example could be the prep & facilitation of a three day annual break-out strategy session.

    b. Add a button in the action bar of each Method Aspect - if this aspect has an associated Consulting Service that can be bought. There could be more than one.

  5. Payment Gateway

    a. Add Payment option to allow subscriptions on receival of corporate orders from i.e. SAP.

  6. Access Control - create auto-assignment of ACL's based on requested and paid packages - currently this is done by hand.

  7. AI integration. Integrate an AI engine for value add functions:

    a. To summarise reports of Assessments done.
    b. To propose the right tool to use for issues picked up.
    c. ???
